caused confusion and concern, however after supplying Mr. [redacted] with a full transaction history & all invoices generated through his account, we were able to reconcile and verify with him that the correct balance truly was billed on his statements. Mr. [redacted]’s invoices have been resolved, and he is currently active and transacting through his 580 To Go account per usual.
