I repeatedly asking for a final amount as for the reduction of the job.estimate would be less than original estimate sq ft .I asked for him to measure and his reply I do it by Google Earth its more accurate.The day of the job he had in hand a measure wheel! I then hired an independent Engineer to do the same .Google earth came up with #1950 sq ft against his Google Earth estimateof #2795 sq ft . I the offered the same sq ft he was going to at exactly the same $/sq ft siting his original measure to the finished measurt .Leaves me with a $485.00 balance He refused and threatened lien
