The leakage in the sunroom was caused by plugged drainage holes, which T&D unplugged for the ***'s at no charge, Cleaning the drainage holes in the sunroom is a maintenance responsibility of the home ownersThe interlocks are being replaced to reduce the noise inside the sunroomThe
interlocks are covered under their warranty and the warranty comes from the manufacturer - *** - the warranty is not from T&DThe warranty covers the interlocks only it does not include shipping or any labor and for that reason we give our customer choices on how they would like to precedeWe can order the interlocks at no charge and ***'s would be responsible for the shipping or they can wait until T&D has a truck comingThan when interlocks are received ***'s can pick up the interlocks and install themselves or pay T&D to install them or wait until T&D is working in their area and T&D will do it for them at no charge for the laborThe ***'s choose to wait until we had a truck coming and to wait until working in their area so their would be no charge for the labor portion of the serviceIf the ***'s have changed their minds and would like to schedule a service call we will be more than happy to do that for them at our rate or if they have decided to pick up the interlocks we can also schedule that for themPlease let us know how the ***'s would like to proceed

This is a factory warranty issue and it is covered under their factory warranty. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] can pick up the 2 interlocks and can have them installed by anyone they choose or they can pay our service charge and we can schedule an appointment to install the 2 interlocks. Our service charge is $165.00. Under [redacted]s warranty who is the manufacture only the parts are covered not the labor or any shipping of parts. AGAIN - if the [redacted]s would like to wait until we are in the area we can so this for them at no charge. We will be working in their area the week of September 29th.

Review: They built a sunroom in 2012. The sunroom is top to bottom glass windows. The beginning of winter 2013 I had air leakage and water leakage coming in. The gentleman Tim came out and looked and said it was 3 interlocks he had to order that were bad and we are under warranty for 50 years according to the contract. He said he would have it fixed in early spring as soon as the weather improved. He never came or called. I started calling at the beginning of May to remind him. It took a few weeks in June he finally called and said he would come at the end of June to fix them. He never showed once again and that was the last time I heard from him. I have been calling every since and have left at least 6 messages and no one has responded to me. I continue to have water leakage every time it rains it is going to ruin the floor im constantly cleaning up water with all the rain we have had and I'm concerned winter will be here soon then I will be dealing with the cold air. The sunroom is connected to my house which opens into the rest of the house so there is no one to completely block the air and etc.Desired Settlement: Come out right away to fix the interlocks to stop the leakage and air coming in.

Review: On 9/5/07 T&D Builders installed windows and a sliding door for our sun room at the cost of $5945.10. On or about May 5th 2013 the rollers on the patio door have failed and the door is extremely hard to open and close. On May 21, 2013 we started to contact T&D to order rollers for the door. We would call about 2 to 3 times a week leaving a message only to hear a recording about their hours of operation. Some time in June (a month Later) *** the (Project Manager) called to inform me the rollers would be sent to my house, well its Sept. 18th and no rollers . Since June we have called them 2 to 3 times a week during there working hours only to hear a recording. They have failed to respond back to us and we still don't have rollers for the door.Desired Settlement: We would like the T@D Builders send the rollers for the door so I can get it fixed.

In regards to Mr.. *** complaint, it was a factory warranty issue with rollers not a issue with T&D. I tried to help them receive their rollers. I have no control over shipping the parts under their factory warranty from the factory. The parts were received and mailed to them the week of Sept. 16, 2013 they should have them. I'm going to assume they have not notified you that has taken place, we have not heard from them as well. Please contact me with any other questions you may have.
