HE SENT A PLUMBER AND A CONTRACTOR TO THERE HOME AND REPAIRED DRYWALL, PIPE, TRIM, AND SPACKLED FOR NO CHARGE

Review: We hired T & D Construction to repair our house after Sandy storm. The repairs started in July 2013. The entire roof was redone. 4 months after the work was done the roof was leaking in two different places. After several phone calls and texts messages they finally came back to repair the leaks, 3 weeks after the first phone call. It took 3 attempts in succeeding the repair in the sun room. There is water damage to a window frame due to the leak. They promised to fix it but never took care of it.

After 2 attempts to fix the leak in the media room, It was deduced that the problem comes from the skylights. Before the repairs to the roof, we have never had a problem with the skylight, even after the storm. After 2 attempts to fix the skylights, we were told to change them. The contractor used a different roofer for this third attempt to fix the skylights and decided not to change them. This was almost a year after the work was done to the roof for the first time. 4 months later, in October of this year, the skylights started to leak again. They also promised to repair the water damages done to the ceiling (plaster and paint). During this period of four months that the roof did not run, I tried to reach the contractor to repair the ceiling but he did not reply to my emails. He finally did when I informed him that it was leaking again. He came to the house to assess the state of damage. It's been 4 weeks now, he told me on two different occasions they would come and fix it and they never showed up.

When the trims at the bottom of the wall in a small hall were laid, a nail pierced a pipe of the heating system (water). The pipe didn't start to leak before the heating system was turn on (in November). In February or March we noticed mold in the bottom of the wall and moisture. The floor was also damaged. The required repairs have been made but they promised to repaint the corridor and it has not been done.Desired Settlement: I want all repairs, painting and finishing job to be completed before December 24, 2014.
