They billed me 17 hours of work when they sent technicians to fix my condo who only worked for 3 each... They are a ripoff.
Review: I had this company replace part of my driveway with new concrete in May 2013. A small crack with minor chipping near the crack developed in the new concrete. I initially contacted this company on April 14, 2014 by email and inquired as to whether they could repair the crack and chipping. In an email response back to me on April 14, 2014, the company indicated that they would do the repair. Subsequent to my initial contact by email, I sent another email, spoke to them by telephone, and also left a phone message regarding the status of the repair. As of today, the repair has still not been completed.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to complete the repair as they agreed to do.
