We here at Brinson Power sports have communicated with [redacted] It was a little time consuming since he would not answer some of our callsThe general manager got a hold of him and we set up a pick up time at him homeWe picked it up on 08/08/in the evening for our shop to look into the complaintThey found a crack in the upper section of the tank, which is why it might have got missed during our check of the unitThe tank would only leak if the tank was full We ordered the tank, received it 08/08/and communicated with the customer the issue We fixed the issue at no cost to the customer and delivered the unit back to his home I personally have talked to [redacted] multiple times ,as frequently as yesterday checking on his situationHe seemed very happy and even spoke about looking in to the Revdex.com site to check on how to remove or correct the complaint I believe we took exceptional care of our customer.Thank You [redacted] Parts and Service manager

The tank would only leak if the tank was full.  We ordered the tank, received it 08/08/2016 and communicated with the customer the issue .
