Review: We were on vacation and my sister-in-law was housesitting and got locked out. She called the above company. They came out and got her in through our front door and charged her $181.00. Our deadbolt lock on the front door was working fine before they came out. Now it doesn't work. We called the company and they are not willing to come out and fix the deadbolt. They lied and said they didn't get her through the front door. They had to use the front door or they would have had to climb a 7 foot fence to get into the back.Desired Settlement: Either refund our money or come out and fix the deadbolt lock on front door.

Review: Sunday 11/9/2014 we called for a locksmith to open a door that we could not find a key for, it was lost. The service call price of $65 was quoted, that was fine. The technician pushed a screw driver through the opening and the door popped open. I asked him to rekey the door to fit all the other doors in the home. Without my permission he replaced the entire [redacted] and replaced it with a cheap $25 home improvement model. He charged me $175 for this [redacted] We had a situation where we also needed 4 deadbolts rekeyed with a different key. He said it would be cheaper to rekey than to replace the bolts and door locks. I told him to do that. He never quoted us a price or told us the costs. He was there 40 minutes and presented me a bill for $671.00. I told him that was outrageous and he said I would have to talk with the management tomorrow, those where the listed prices. He never showed me a price sheet or quoted any prices other than the agreed service call. We had these same locks rekeyed in April 2014 for a total of $225.00. I call the next morning and got a man named [redacted] on the phone, he told me to call back at 2:00 pm when he would be near a computer. I called at 3:30 pm and the first thing he says to me he will have to call and talk with his technician. He then told me he was going to record our call. I said no California is a two party state and he could not do that without my permission. He told me he would not talk with me and told me to sue him. I asked for his address he said mail stuff to Arizona and then hung up.Desired Settlement: Based on the rate we paid in April and what other businesses have quoted me the service call of $65 was reasonable. To change a cylinder combination can cost anywhere from $35-40 per change. I told him we would pay $40 x 4=160.00 plus the service call of $65.00 for a total of $225.00. We want a refund of $446.00.
