Review: This company made a service call to my house on three occasions for the same issue. There were 2 visits on 2/5 and again on 2/24. My heat kept turning off.I was charged for additional labor and an after hours service call totaling $366 on the third visit.I would not have needed the third service call if the problem was correctly fixed on the first or second visit. The technician told me that he had no authorization for billing and the money was due when I inquired on the third visit about the charges. I put the charge on my credit card.

I sent a letter created March 9 and again on March 22nd requesting reimbursement for the after hours service call and additional labor charges totaling $366 and they have yet to contact me with a response.Desired Settlement: A response and credit card credit in the amount of $366
