To Whom It May Concern: I have three times e-mailed the Revdex.com as to the status of the complaint *** *** of American Modern Exteriors contacted me within an hour or two of the Revdex.com initially contacting him The issue has been resolved, the third and final job was completed
on Friday, September 23rd The quality of work on the two roofs was excellent I will complete a total review of the work done, as soon as, the final billing to the insurance company has been completed Pat

This complaint needs to be removed The piece of fascia that Mrs *** demanded we fix was blatantly caused by wind damage years after we replaced their wind damaged roof The fascia trim on a home does not get altered or manipulated by replacing a roof and furthermore, Mr and Mrs ***'s insurance company paid them to get all of the fascia replaced on their home in which they declined in paying or contracting anyone to do (they pocketed the money) I had spoken and explained all of this to Mrs *** a month before her complaint was filed and she stated she understood and I told her I would still come out and fix that piece for free however I couldn't for a few weeks and it would only be when I had an opening in my schedule She thanked me multiple times Within days Mrs*** left threatening voicemails on my phone demanding I come over immediately and fix/replace her fascia or she would file a complaintHe fascia is fixed, again free of charge and she swore to and signed a document stating that she would remove the complaint

In response to the message we received below, we have been contacted by Modern Exteriors, we arranged a mutual time to have the repair completed, and the repair referred to in the complaint was made to our satisfaction.  From our perspective, this matter has been resolved.Thanks for your help...
