The level of professionalism that this company operates is next to noneThey attempt to take advantage of individuals who may not be experienced in landlord and tenant lawsI rented with Bidegain Realty for a year and despite the many complaints about repairs that were never made or the multiple times we attempted to contact our property manager *** *** I still made the most of a bad situation and paid rent always on time and did my best to be a good tenantThis level of respect was not reciprocated at alldays before the closing of my lease, I get a text message from the property manager at almost 10:00pm that they were selling the property and I would need to moveAs upset as I was I complied, but even after multiple requests I never received a written day noticeI moved out and did the cleanings as recommended and even paid extra for carpet cleaning for petsI don't have pets, but the rugs smelt like dog pee in certain areasThe cleaning was done and she came and inspected the property without me being present and mentioned that more cleaning needed to be doneGranted it was cleaner than when I moved in, but I agreed to clean itBefore I got the chance she had already sent a cleaning crew despite our agreement and told me it would come out of my depositI didn't argue even though I was furiousI demanded that when the cleaning was done a receipt and summary of all that was cleanThree weeks later , still no deposit was returnedI didn't want to pursue legal action, even though I rightfully could have I receive a check in the mail with $deducted and still no receipt or summary of what was cleaned*** *** is inconsiderate, a liar, and constantly is trying to shortchange her tenants and *** ***, the manager, allows it knowing all of her devious behaviorTerrible company from top to bottom
