Review: Wifes personal training contract of 18 months was done. They wanted a written letter stating she was finished which she wrote and delivered personally. They kept taking the $140 dollars out of her account for the next 7 months. Larry Thomas who runs T Fitness personal training out of an Anytime Fitness Gym, said he would refund her the money. That was several months ago and now we can't contact him at all.

Review: T Fitness has charged my bank card on July 20th and again on August 20th for $99.99 each time. These transactions have been unauthorized by me. T-Fitness offers personal training services to members of [redacted] in Orange Park, FL. I was told by a representative ([redacted]) of [redacted] in Orange Park, FL 3 weeks ago that a refund would be coming for the July 20th transaction. The refund has yet to be credited to my account. Then to my surprise I was charged again on August 20th (today). I have tried calling T Fitness with nobody picking up the phone.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund for both charges totaling $199.98 back into my bank account.

HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH T-FITNESS AND THE DEIT COLLECTORS [redacted] HAVE NO CURRENT NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OWNER OF T-FITNESS. BUT THEY NEED TO COLLECT THE MONIES STILL OWN. I TOLD THEM I HAVE CANCEL THAT SERVICE AND IT WAS FOR ONLY 3 TRAINING SESSION NOT A WHOLE YEAR WORTH!Desired Settlement: TO GET MY $980 BACK FROM THIS COMPANY T-FITNESS

Review: In May, 2012, I entered into a contract with T Fitness for 10 personal training sessions per month at a rate of $300 per month. Due to the inability of a trainer to meet my scheduling needs, I received only 4 sessions. The Training Supervisor had frequent headaches and his other trainer was unavailable for work during that time for personal reasons. In June, I was billed an additional $300 for which I was credited 10 additional sessions as per my contract. During this time, Gilbert, the training manager was terminated and a new manager was brought on site. I scheduled training sessions which were canceled on June 12, June 15, and For the period of June 23-July 1 my trainer was not available to work with me due to a personal commitment. The training manager contacted me during this time to inform me of the changes to the staff and to schedule a session with me since my trainer was unavailable. I had one session with him and on June 22 he canceled on me. On July 5, I was canceled on again. July 6, I contacted T Fitness to put my account on hold due to my husband receiving a cut in his fixed income. Wess, the training manager said he would put my account on hold. August 1, $300 was debted to my account, it was not on hold. A phone call to Wess regarding the debt returned a result that Wess admittedly was at fault for failing to perform the procedure to put my account on hold but was not going to refund the funds rather offered me "free" training sessions. I informed him I did not want the sessions, I wanted a refund because I was told my account would be held. He referred this matter to "Larry". Larry contacted me three days later and left a message. I returned his call 8/10/12 and left a message. I left a message again with him on 8/14, 8/15, and had Wess, his employee contact him 8/15 as well and he has still not responded to my request for a refund of August's fees.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all unused training sessions (26 @ $30 each)and cancellation of my contract because they failed to adequately perform the obligations provided in the contract. And failed to respond in a timely fashion.

Review: I signed a contract to have personal training. I signed a 3 month agreement to have 8 sessions a month @ 25.00 per session, with 3 consecutive withdraws @ $200.00 a month. The contract also stated I would obtain 6 additional sessions, this would be a total of 30 sessions @ the cost of 600.00. The addendum was I continue on a month to month basis @ $25.00 a session.

The contract reads they will remove $200 monthly on the 12th of the month. They withdrew as follows. April 6th, May 30th, June 22, July 25th at $200.00 each [redacted]e. At $25.00 a session

It states it is the client's responsibility to schedule the training sessions. I obtained 5 sessions in April. I was unable to schedule the 3 additional sessions due to no trainer availability. I was told that I could rollover all sessions and I would not lose my sessions. No matter how long it took I would get a total of 30 sessions per the manager, [redacted].

I obtained 19 sessions out of a total of 30, as I was unable to obtain a trainer. I was told that although I was not able to schedule 8 sessions a month. I would certainly get what I paid for. I was consistently told that I would finish out my training no matter how long it took. I asked them to state that in writing. I complained about no trainers being available and was given a point of contact named [redacted], who told me they would get trainers in.

Then the company went into arrears of rent and pulled out of the gym it was working in, which was [redacted], located on [redacted] in [redacted].

I begged management at [redacted] to help me obtain trainers and to help me address the issue and he said he could not help me. I asked the management of T-Fitness and of [redacted] to help me secure a contact point and either failed to do so.

I was told by the manager of T-Fitness who now does personal training on his own, that many people lost their money, some in upwards of $1500.00.

There is supposed to be a new company taking over the unaddressed clients from T-Fitness, but, I was told I was not one of them, because my information was never entered into the computer. That is a problem, because they had enough information to remove my money, but there is no sign of my information in the computer. I now have paid $800.00 and received a total of 19 sessions. At $25 a sessions that means I have obtained $475.00 worth of services.

I have dates logged and conversations noted.

I contacted [redacted] and he has told me he sold his share in the company and the only point of contact on the internet is a link to T-fitness that is no longer available and a phone number with a strange taped messages by children. There is information that [redacted] is the owner, but I am unable to obtain any number through [redacted] management or the old manager of T-Fitness, who stated it would cost too much to do anything about it.Desired Settlement: I want to obtain a refund for the services I did not get. I paid for 32 visits (per four months debited from my account. Plus the additional 6 visits (per contract), totally 38 visits. I obtained 19 visits out of 38. At $25.00 a session that would mean I paid a total of $800.00 and received $475.00 worth of services. I want to be refunded $325.00. , plus an additional $150.00 for the 6 sessions added on per my contract. It can not be credited back to the debit card, as the debit card account number has been changed. I will provide the necessary information to have it credited to my checking account.
