If the clients last response was in reference to only the fanfold The reason this supplement was not yet applied for with the insurance company is we had already applied for one supplement and were waiting until the job was completed before filing any more This ensures that all things would be in one final supplement saving paperwork and time The client demanded we send and invoice for all work completed which stopped all work and the supplement process as well We have not and will not charge the client for the fanfold Her invoice received even shows that the fanfold was at no cost to her.To date the client has not paid anything towards her new roof, siding, and guttering These complaints are all unfounded and we feel strongly that this process is being extended to keep us from being paid for work completed.re
