I placed an order with TGrip Barbell company [redacted] Feb 2016, about a week later I received a FedEx email stating that a label has been createdgreat! However it remained in that status for the next monthI called more times than I remember, left numerous voicemails, sent [redacted] messages, posted twice on their [redacted] page (to which they deleted!)It has now been days shy of a month and my order is still in the same statusSomeone finally contacted me via Facebook stating that he had been sick and he's the only one that handles the packages going out

I placed an order with TGrip Barbell company ** Feb 2016, about a week later I received a FedEx email stating that a label has been created.. great! However it remained in that status for the next month. I called more times than I remember, left numerous voicemails, sent 3 [redacted] messages, posted twice on their [redacted] page (to which they deleted!). It has now been 7 days shy of a month and my order is still in the same status. Someone finally contacted me via Facebook stating that he had been sick and he's the only one that handles the packages going out.

Review: I placed my order on 10-**-2015 for the T-Grip Lite Bar2x 2.5lb, 2x 5lb, 2x 10lb Weights 2x Collars set and on 10-**-2015 was charged $245.00 on my credit card. Via email, I received a confirmation number of my order. The website stated to "allow 3 days shipping". On 10-**-2015 I sent an inquiry through [redacted] asking when should I expect to receive a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. It's 10-**-2015 and I haven't received a reply yet. I also called the ###-###-#### number and when I call it's a voice greeting saying "Thank you for calling TG Fitness" rings about 3 times then I hear a fax machine signal. It's very concerning that there is a lack of response and not being able to speak to someone on the phone about my order, especially if I've been already charged for it. I don't feel comfortable about being charged and not being notified if/when I will receive my product. I would like for the company to contact me via phone.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to contact me first via phone. I either need a an email confirmation that the product has shipped with a tracking number or a refund if the company cannot stick to their "allow 3 days to ship" as advertised on their website.

Review: I ordered my t-grip barbell on November [redacted]. The website states a 5-7 lead time before shipping. I emailed the company on 12/** and was told by Jessica that I would have an answer by the end of the day. That didn't happen.

Emailed again on the [redacted] did not receive a response. Emailed again on the 12/** and was told I would receive tracking information by day's end - which I did. Watched the [redacted] tracking number. 1/*/16 called [redacted] and was told that although a shipping label was created, the package was never given to [redacted]. Emailed again and wrote several messages on their [redacted] page demanding an answer and calling them liars and that this is a scam. I should never have been charged $240 when this thing hasn't even been shipped. I have also called the company number several times and have only received a voicemail. I have left 2 voice messages. Tim called me Tuesday 1/*/16 and told me that he would have this resolved in a day - even if he had to drive it to my house himself. Update: 1/*/16 - no response from Tim or the company. They have deleted my posts to their [redacted] page as a lot of other customers awaiting this barbell started to complain as well. They have blocked me from posting any more comments. My comments were angry, but not once did I threaten or use foul language.Desired Settlement: I want the barbell. I really do not want a credit card refund. And I want the barbell NOW. It is 6 weeks today and was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Review: Contacted them a few times after order placed inquiring on shipping date. Was told order shipped and would get a tracking code. Never got a tracking code so followed up in a week as shipment hadn't arrived. They then told me the orders had been delayed because of color mixups and that I would have an update to my shipping status by the next day. 4 emails and 1 phone call later and I have received zero communication. Filing a fraud complaint with my cc.Desired Settlement: delivery ASAP or refund of order since I was charged over a month ago and waiting for the item to ship

Review: I originally placed an order of the 1x T-Grip Lite Bar Full Set - Black bar for $205.00 each on February [redacted] 2014. Four weeks after my order was placed I had still not received my order. I was told the wait was 4-6 weeks. At this point I had reached out to contact them via the number on the website, and it was sent to a voice mail. My call was never returned. I did this 3 times and even left a voice mail, no response. In attempt to get a hold of them I contacted [redacted], the fitness model who advertises these bars on her [redacted] page. After contacting her and telling her my problem, I promptly received an email in regards to my order and was provided with a tracking number. I received a package on or about March [redacted]. Upon opening my order I only had the T-Grip bar and the 2 (10 lb) plates. The order was to include also 2x 2.5lb, 2x 5lb, these were not in the package. I contacted T-Grip via email since this is apparently the only way to contact them. I was told they were out of stock. First off, why are you advertising to sell something if it is out of stock. They purposely charged me the full price knowing that I was not going to get a complete order. I have been corresponding with them through email since March (it is now May [redacted]) and I just continually get a generic response that "they will be shipped when they arrive" well, it has been 2 months. I want a refund but they are not giving me a refund for the weights I am missing. I am a military spouse, I am moving, I do not have time to deal with these people back and fourth about the weights. I want a refund because I am moving in 2 weeks and am not hold my breath on receiving a package to an island if they can't even send it somewhere in the states on time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunding to compensate me for the plates I paid for but did not receive.

Review: I ordered a lite bar set that come with 3 pairs of weights. I did not receive a pair of 5 lb weights that comes with the set. Order was placed in December 2013. Multiple email correspondences between customer service and myself. Customer service claimed that the product would be delivered in April, still has not arrived as of today.Desired Settlement: The company should either delivery my missing product or give me a refund.
