in feb of 2011 I sent in my 16ohm hotplate a product of thd's to them for repair. I waited for a month and then called and never could get through. I was able to talk to [redacted](company president intitailly an he said it was an easy fix. after about 5 months I gave up because no one would answer my phone calls or emails , Then again about a year after I tried to call an to no avail. then most recently I started again in jan 2013 to try and retrieve my product and had no phone calls returned however I did get some promises via email by [redacted] who kept on relaying messages from [redacted] that it would be fixed when he got back in the country,,,or he was on it,,or he thought he sent it an on an on an on,,,,,I dont have my origanl cr from 2 1/2 years ago,,,I lost it,,,and now they wont talk to me or provide any service whatsoever and they have my rather expensive hotplate. please help
