Tyler A [redacted] T And Marine 503-543- In response to the complaint by [redacted] I replaced the engine in there boat over a year ago! They brought me a boat that would not run and had numerous issues I determined that the engine had an internal leak and recommended replacing it! We replaced it as well as the motor that raised and lowered the outdrive! It was clearly written on his invoice that the cables needed replaced he did not wish to pay for it! A year or so later he called me and took the boat out and said it was taking on water I had him bring it in we were extremely busy I looked at it the day it came in to make sure it was not the engine leaking and determined it was not a warranty issue! [redacted] was informed that the transom seal was bad and that the motor needs to come out at an expense of 12-$1500! He was also informed it was going to be weeks out he continued to call several times a week and then he asked if we could band aide it for him as he had a buyer lined up and it would be "there problem" I refused made sure boat started and ran good as it did when he got it back the first time over a year ago! He came and got it and I would not take any payment as I did not wish to be involved! I had all the dealing with the boat with [redacted] I assume that is [redacted] husband! I don't know what the issue is everything that we did and needed to do was well documented in my invoices (with Rons signature) Seems to me she needs to communicate with her husband or at the very least contacted me herself before making these absurd allegations! I bent over backwards for these people after we completed the original work for these guys they did not have the money to pay me and I rather than put a lean on there boat and sell it accepted INTEREST FREE payments! I don't know what to say we went above and beyond ! Thanks Tyler

Hello again, I will state again they were charged for an engine replacement and work on the tilt system (the system that raises and lowers the outdrive) that is all! And it was over a year ago If the Revdex.com E-mails me an appropriate address I will mail the invoices with Rons signature to them where it is stated very clearly what needs to be done to make the boat in tip top shape! I did tell them that they should sell the boat and "count there losses" I did however not mean to lie to the new buyer about what was supposedly done! Again I have the invoices with Rons signature I would like the consider this matter closed Thanks!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: his statements are He knew who I was because I spoke to him before and saw him several times Ty is the one who told us to get rid of the boat and do a quick job for the sale Many of the things he stated were on invoices are not true Many of the things he replaced, were not and we were literally driving an unsafe boat
The transom was not broken when we got the boat back, It only occurred when we tried to take it out after a very long delay while he supposedly repaired the cable and hoses There is so much wrong with what he said in his statement.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Once again, he has mis-stated the truth He told us that he had done more things than what he stated in his last response The boat never let in water until after he replaced the motor We can only imagine that it was damaged during his work on the motor or the outdrive If he only did those two things, than he certainly did not tell the truth about what was actually done to the boat He even went so far as to tell us he took the boat out in the water Clearly, he did not, or he would have had water coming in as well This boat and the business has been one set off lies after another We are still expecting a refund This matter is not closed.Sincerely,*** ***
