case, the details we provide in the individual Work Orders (available through the Customer’s online Portal) provide enough information for our Customers to fully understand the maintenance issueHowever, upon this Customer’s request, we provided invoices from the Vendors and encouraged the Customer to contact the Vendors with any additional questionsOur job is to manage the property and ensure the safety of both the real estate and the TenantWe fulfilled our obligations in this case
