They are shipping Austin Air purifiers that are used, defective as newThey appear unable to ship these machines without 100% damage in shippingI am one individual and they failed twiceYou would think one complaint and they would try a bit harderI had to request that they mark the box with the correct handlingI have never had this experience with products getting damaged in shippingI believe these air purifiers are used and damaged to begin with and they are being shipped as new to consumersAustin Air does not sell directly to consumers, but they use these middlemen distributorsSomething is very wrong with this as there appear to be multitudes of DENTED air purifiers out thereThat they keep trying to ship outAnd then claim shipping damage over and over? I don't knowAll I wanted was a new, working machineIt's been weeksI have returned with dents, and various defectsI have yet to receive my 4th machine from Austin air$on my credit card but no machine

I absolutely love this storeFor years I have always just bought a vacuum at Wal Mart or where ever I was whenever I needed but finally I got tired of replacing cheap low quality sweepers so I went to T&HOnce I told them what was going on they didnt just try and sell me a sweeper, the gentleman asked about my needs like what types of flooring I had if I had kids or pets or whatever my particular case may beAfter I told them he brought out different vacuums he thought would work for meHe let me run each one of them to see how I liked using itI ended up going with one that was a little more expensive then I originally intended, however I couldn't be happier! The machine is fantastic, my carpet looks great, cleaning takes half the time and even my desk tops are less dusty I had one issue with my vacuum, well I broke it actually, but I took it to them and they had it back to me the next day! If you want a sweeper that will fit all your needs definitely go see these guys!
