T & J Automotive

We hired T & J Tree Service to remove a tree from our backyard. We met a crew of men with a marked business truck in person on July 28th, 2017 and agreed on a price of $350. We proceeded to pay in full for the service, as requested by the business associate and were issued a paper receipt. They said they would return the next day with a dump truck and complete the work within 2 days.
It has now been 3 months since that date, and they have NOT completed the work. We have called and texted with the business phone number many times and have spoken to the main business contact: Robert ***. He gave us many excuses due to mechanical failure of dump truck, weather related issues, injuries on his crew, etc for why they had to reschedule, and eventually he quit responding all together to our calls, messages, and voicemails. We have now asked for a refund on the business voicemail and over the phone on at least 3 occasions. We have yet to receive any refund of money, and the services were never completed.
