resolution of is satisfactory to me. Based on my phone conversation with TJ Guyer Inc. they have agreed to refund the remainder of my deposit. They were also going to look into updating their policies to help prevent instances like this from happening in the future. Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom This May Concern,This issue was resolved on July 21, 2015 before I was made aware of this complaint being turned in.  The reason for this complaint made by [redacted] was because of his $750 deposit being held.  The money was held due to July's rent and some minor...

repairs needed.  July's rent was retained due to his neglect to submit a written 20 day notice to vacate on or before June 10, 2015.From my understanding after speaking to [redacted] in person as well as an e-mail sent from him, we have rectified any misunderstandings.  Both have agreed on our mutual resolution.  If this is not the case, please let me know so I can look into this further.Thank you
