Handler, On 12/20/the refund check was mailed with this customers title and lien release to his given address On 12/26/one of our representatives had a conversation with Mr [redacted] verifying this Today on 01/03/it is noted he contacted us and he had not yet received the check, it also noted that per his request we printed a new check and set it aside for him to pick up from our office Thursday 01/05/ We have done so and the check is here waiting for him If this is not to his satisfaction we can overnight the check to the address of his choice tomorrowThank you, [redacted] Portfolio Manager

We have the option of auto pay, and she was set up for a bi weekly payment of $She was set up on auto payment and called in and made a paymentusually when someone does this, auto pay still goes through so that is just an extra
paymentShe then called in and asked for a refund, and normally we do not give thoseWe then issued her a refund back to her card and it could take up to daysIt did take days for hers, which is not odd for this to happenShe is refunded her moneyThere was nothing I could do to push the refund any faster, it's up to our vendor and her bank
