I am rejecting this response...

because: I did give them a second chance to complete the work. They have provided horrible SEO service with minimal things accomplished thus far and now refuse to pay back the money received. The CEO also emailed me with scare tactics. I would just prefer to have my $800 refunded and us go our separate ways.
