Review: My family and I paid over $20,000 to have brand new hardwood floors installed. At the end of the job, when TJ Nelson was returning the applicances (specifically, the refridgerator)...significant floor damage occurred. TJ Nelson attempted to repair the damage. This attempted repair failed miserably and has actually created more danage and headaches. We asked and paid (in full) for a new floor and NEVER got.Desired Settlement: We paid $22,874 less a 5% percent discount for a total of $21,730. There were some labor(s) and materials that we benefited from (wall removal and trim) that we do not expect refund(s) for. That being said...the total of those costs would have been no more than $2,000.$21,730 - $2000 in labor and materials (kept) = a refund of $19,730This total will still not make us "whole as replacement costs and labor have increased.... but it is an amount we can live with.
