To whom it may concern, I am writing to you in reference to case number [redacted] .This vehicle/trailer was never owned by [redacted] nor her husband.This vehicle /Trailer was owned by [redacted] .I have had [redacted] and her husband [redacted] call on this vehicle / trailer in which we gave all prices and location where trailer was stored but ask who I was speaking to as was stated once [redacted] and Once [redacted] and my company replied owner must pick trailer up with proof of ownership to ensure trailer was being released to proper owner during the conversation with [redacted] he stated he was the owner and per the police impound [redacted] was not the owner in which my company stated you are not the know may I have owners contact information [redacted] replied you tell me who owner is in which I refused[redacted] then hung up and had his Wife [redacted] call and state how awful my company was in harsh words and then hung up.I then did some research and found the owner and he then gave me a contact number to reach him in which was [redacted] the owner of trailer.When speaking to [redacted] he stated I lent my trailer out and continued to state he can't trust no one and my company also informed him of who was calling on trailer and also told him he would have to pick trailer up he was so pleasant and very respectful that I took time to locate him verses his bill continuing to add up [redacted] set a appointment to meet and get his trailer .When Jessica from my company arrived there was numerous people on scene including [redacted] the owner [redacted] , [redacted] and of there children and [redacted] another female adult with him and a baby all where driving a total of vehicles on scene[redacted] Signed all paper work and had [redacted] paying the bill in which the credit card and I'd provided by [redacted] was not the name on the credit card the name on credit card was Damien [redacted] in which was not present at any time and I was told it was [redacted] brother .I cannot take a credit card that was in another party name who was not present during anytime of this matter nor did we have permission to do so[redacted] became upset considering that was only credit card they had .My company waited for over minutes trying to wait for them to decide on how to pay[redacted] got Ib a truck ran somewhere came back said no we do t have a company credit card then [redacted] said I will go get cash in which my company still waited when [redacted] came back he had cash my company then let [redacted] receive his trailer with the help of [redacted] loading it[redacted] came to my fence taking numerous of pictures and even trying to bring children in my property and in which my company state ma'am children cannot come in here and [redacted] said where is sign my company said it is for the safety of the children that no one get hurts [redacted] proceeded to put children in truck as pulling trailer out and [redacted] stood by truck stating to my company I hope you are stranded one day and I hope you get hit by a car my company replied thank you and asked [redacted] the owner to handle this since it was his trailer [redacted] apologized numerous time he even called my company when he had left and my company had left to apologize again for the way [redacted] acted.I also am going to mention [redacted] put a review on y p in reference to my company along with picture and y p found that she violated the policies by incorrect information and removed her review .Please see documents attached.My company even took pictures as [redacted] continued to take pictures and say nasty comments[redacted] even said at one moment should I call police my company stated yes that might be what we need she then walked away please see attached photos and documents.I also have proof who credit card and who presented credit card .This trailer was left abandoned on the interstate with a blown tire and the trailer was loaded with items .I apologize you have been unsuccessful at teaching me but I would like to make sure you have proper contact information as I just received mail today /checked my post office box today and I replied immediately Thanks so much for taking time to read this emailT & J Towing llc

Review: This business is a towing/recovery service that actually hangs up when you try to locate your vehicle in order to charge more for storage fees. I had a vehicle towed by them and they would not give me or my husband information on how to pick it up or how to pay. This is illegal. They also yelled at us and hung up on both of us when we politely tried to determine what to do. Please put a warning out for any other customers that they will need to contact the police to accompany them to pick up any vehicles towed by this company due to the abuse we received.Desired Settlement: That the state police will not allow this towing company to recover vehicles on their behalf.
