T J'S Windows Doors & More

No health issue to date. But could...as *** (owner/installer) TJ's windows installed 2 windows at my house...(removed two piano windows/existing) and put in larger window size. After seeing mushrooms growing out around his windows...and ANT problem, contacted him to look at problem to assess. He would not get back to us, so my husband went to his shop and caught him and advised he must come see problem. After FINALLY agreeing to come meet and look, he said not from his windoe=w installation and he was way too bust to investigate. Therefore, we had a home inspector, insurance and reliable contractor to home. After investigation, the cause of rot damage was improper window installation. *** had cut through water proof membrane on installing two larger windows. Pictures/documentation are recorded. *** was contacted and sent findings and pictures of damage. We have tried calling his cell and office (messages left ) staff confirmed they gave him messages, went to his store(never around, went to his building site nearby our house (never there and his staff don't know when he will be around...today he is gone for a few days-staff member says "We didn't even know he was going away..." Also sent emails as staff say that is best way to reach him and sent registered letter. He screens calls and when picked up phone 3 weeks ago, toldd me "I'm going in a meeting -call you back" and he hung up and haven't heard from him since. It has cost me $7000.00 to "repair" what he did and he knows that.
