Review: I was misled and lied to they represented them selfs as a firm and when I went to them to discuss my Divorce case I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and her partner and husband [redacted]. I was given a quote a price for the Divorce of $2,000 they were told I lived on $535.00 a month until they could acquire spousal support for me. Which was why I needed legal services I paid them $1,100 signed a contract and felt I was in capable hands with two attorney's working for me. After the first appearance I realized I was in trouble if Ms. [redacted] was going to be my Lawyer she was not aggressive enough to handle my case and refused to object important issues when I had asked her to address them she only wanted to be the devils advocate which was not what I wanted or needed from her she felt insulted I felt fear of the out come and my future if she was all I had to fight for my rights. I requested that [redacted] her husband also an attorney in the firm could step up and appear at the second hearing scheduled she said NO. I was told I could expect to receive spousal support no more then six weeks out from the time we requested it Feb 29 2012 I did not get the first payment of $700 until June of 2012 and then July then nothing until I requested the Department of Justice take my case for inforcement and collection. Then I open my front door one morning and there is a box with my file in it and a note stating she had requested to be removed as my attorney on the case. I was completely caught off guard, I had no money or resources to hire another attorney and she left me without representation in a bitter Divorce case where I was fearing being a disabled displaced homemaker unable to provide for my basic needs at 57 years and I have not been in the work force for over twenty years. I had no money, no lawyer and had to face the intire divorce process alone. I had told her I did not feel she had the experience to handle my case only because I thought I had the option to have [redacted] her husband /lawyer carry the rest of my case to

I want the $1,100 dollars I gave towards the total fee for the case $2000 returned since she only appeared for one court date and left me standing high and dry unable to afford to find other legal help and having to face the intire ordeal with out representation because she felt I insulted her when I asked for her husband and legal partner in the firm to take over my case which I was lead to beleive was an option. I feel what did was completely unethical and morally wrong.
