Review: On 12/26/2014 at 11:54PM, my family entered the Touchless Car Wash located at 2040 State Route 30 Ligonier, PA. After completing the payment transaction and waiting for the car in the wash to finish, we entered the wash when signaled to do so. The green Go light was flashing, and then stopped, but the Stop light did not come on; we moved up a bit further. The lights did not come on, and the wash did not start, so we backed up a bit, and pulled up a bit several times, but no lights nor the wash worked. After sitting for a while, we decided the wash was broken and took a chance to leave, hoping the wash arm did not hit our car. After leaving the wash, we looked around for a contact number, but did not see one. The next day we were in the area again and stopped to look for a contact number to no avail. I asked a customer there who the owner was and she told me T[redacted] was the owner. After searching the internet for numbers and information, I made several calls to T K Enterprises at different numbers. One number did not answer, one number a message was left, but no return call was received. One number, the message box was full. I tried again on Monday, but the same situation occurred. After waiting until after the holidays, I tried again this morning with the same results.The charge was only $10.00, but I would like a refund, and am very concerned that you cannot get in touch with the owner of this wash.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $10.00 payment, but most important, would like this business to make contact information more prominent and to make themselves available during all business operational hours.
