Tim of T&K Home Construction has been our handyman for a number of years He has most recently installed a tiled shower and outdoor fence for us and has done many other projects, all done professionally with great attention to detailTim has a positive attitude and he is extremely reliable And on the rare occasion something is outside his area of expertise, he always has someone in his vast list of contacts to suggest We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any type of handyman work

Poor communication on the part of T&K was an issue that resulted in delays and necessary rework. I was scolded for leaving a voicemail on Sunday at the number provided on his business card. His finishing lacked accuracy or any attention to detail. Tile spacing and tile surface level is extremely inconsistent. Some tiles touch and others are a quarter inch apart. Broken tiles were placed in the shower. Thick grout lays on top of the bullnose tiles. Caulk was not smoothed over. Trim work does not lay flush with cabinetry. T&K damaged custom cabinetry and by his own admission came to the jobsite without the proper tools and materials but proceeded with install anyway. His response to our concerns was to have his attorney contact us. Clearly, T&K was not concerned about creating a satisfying outcome for us.

We did our basement remodeling with Tim. He listened to our ideas carefully and did a great job in designing with his recommendation.
He completed the project on time and kept the budget cost close to the initial proposal. He was pleasant to work with and we communicated well through out the whole project.
We already recommended him to some of our other friends.
