Review: I have complained multiple times to landlord ( [redacted] and [redacted] regarding our neighboors loud music at all hours of the day and evening. I was told that they would start legal recourse. I was told they put a 30 day notice on her door to comply ( turn her music down ) and then a 10 day notice and then they were evicting her and asking her to leave. This happened because she continued to refuse to turn her music down and after mutiple complaints from myself, my husband and our neighboor in apt #* nothing has happened to resolve this issue. I have contacted T&K Properties mutliple times to complain, and asked to be called back, which never happened. The issue hasnt been resolved. It has been over a year and I have no recourse but to file a complaint to see if we can resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: To have our neighboors not play there music ( which is offensive ( uses foul language) and is done out of 10 inch subwoofers at all hours of the day and night. Our lease documents a "quiet of enjoyment" and this is NOT being honored by our landlords.

The onsite managers([redacted] and [redacted])are no longer with T&K Properties. Their last day was 4/15/2014
The messages for T&K Properties were left on the owners voice mail and they were out of town at thet time. My name is [redacted] and I am the Asset Manager for this property. On 4/22/2014 I spoke with the resident that is playing the loud music as well as the resident who filed the complaint on 4/22/2014. I let the resident who was playing the loud music know that if we get one more complaint from anybody about her playing loud or offensive music that she will be asked to move. When I talked to the resident who complained I let her know that I had talked to the neighbor and if there was another incident she should let me know about it and we would take care of the situation immediately and give the culprit a notice to move.
