clients are well awarethat we charge from the time we load items on the truck until our return to our whse cause we tellthem. This installation of a bed set was downtown Seattle to a building loading area that sharesits alley with the Seattle Police department garage and Swat division. We could not get close tothe dock cause of a new building being constructed directly across the street. We unloaded infront of the property where we were instructed by building staff. We delivered to the 35th floor andassembled the bed and other furnishings. One small problem with 2 bolts which we quicklycorrected. The delivery took 3.5 hours which we billed to the client. The client decided it took tolong so they deducted $172.50 from the bill. That is why this person is writing this scathingreview. They make me out as bad cause they do not want to pay there bill. When you livedowntown Seattle (which is going· undergoing the largest amount of building construction ever) onthe 35th floor with limited access it will take longer than if you live in a house in Magnolia. Thecustomer Mr. [redacted] stated very clearly that if he did not get his way he would try to damagemy business. I suggested small claims court. We are very proud of the work we do here and don'tdiscount customer just because the threaten me.

The agreed charges before delivery were as billed. They tried to renegotiateterms after the delivery and were unsuccessful. Now he attacks me personally on a public forumI gave him the opportunity of a third party resolving this matter which he refused.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Before my interior decorator hired Craig, they talked through the job.  She informed him where the job site was, about the need to be on time so he would have access to truck parking and the elevator.  they agreed to a price based off all this information. Our argument is that he is charging for an hour and half more that what he agreed to.
Craig and his assistant were over an hour late to the job.  They were supposed arrive at my place at 8am as I had the elevator and parking spot reserved from 8 am to 9 am.  They called me at 7:40 telling me they had not even left yet.  They finally arrived at 9:15 am.  The parking spot was not longer available and the elevator was not available either.  Craig then complained about how hard it was to find parking.  Thats what happens when you arrived 1:15 minutes late.  He then tried to blame me for the construction in the area for him being late.  If you take time to read his online reviews you will see that arriving late to a job is his modus operandi. 
Additionally when you to read the multitude of negative online reviews for this business it does not take long to realize that Craig has an issue with verbal abusing his customers then turning it around to make them look like they are the people with the issue.  Except for the client that was an attorney.  With him Craig was very in control of his abusive tongue. There was a situation where a woman had to call 911 because he was yelling and screaming at her.
I was witness to lack of control as he and his assistant worked to put together my bedroom set.  They sat there ant argued like grade school children.  Every time I walked by they were not working, just arguing.  During one of these fits of arguing the assistant stripped out a bolt.  After they argued about it for about 20 minutes one of them went out looking for a replacement part.  
I do not mind paying someone a fair amount for a fair "days work". But when someone comes very late, spends their time arguing instead of working, and strips out the hardware then tries to bill an extra hour and a half, I will not tolerate it.
It is obvious by his reviews on line and by his response to this complaint that Craig is just an angry man.  He really has no business being in business.
The whole experience was ridiculous.
