I had a great experience with T&M Aluminum. Fair pricing and courteous workers.

T&M Aluminum has not responded to my repeated requests for them to repair the pool lanai which they installed during the week of August 15, 2017.

We signed a contract with T & M Aluminum to replace our lanai cage on 6/29/2017 in the amount of $6,250.00. The installed the new lanai cage during the week of August 15, 2017. Shortly after installation, the gutter above the lanai began dripping water long after a rainfall had ended. They sent one technician to solve the problem which he did not. Earlier in 2018, the sent another technician (named Wes) to repair the problem. He tightened a few screws and remarked that the caulking within the gutter during the original cage installation was very poorly done. He recommended that if the cage gutter continued dripping I should call they office, ask for him, and he would return to properly remove the existing caulk and re apply the caulk properly. I showed him video's I had taken of the constant dripping. I called T & M's *** office in an attempt to arrange for Wes to perform the repair. On each occasion, my calls were unanswered and their voicemail recording advised leaving a voicemail.
I left voice,ail messages on Sunday April 15th, Tuesday April 24th, and Wednesday April 25th, none of which were returned.
The signed agreement between me and T & M states "All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted per standard practices."
I want them to repair the lanai so that it functions properly and per the agreement and assurances previously provided by T & M.
Their lack of responsiveness and near impossibility in communicating directly with them by telephone makes the intervention by the Revdex.com necessary and well warranted.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the caulking remedy performed and completed in a professional manner, and finally solve the dripping problem mentioned above. If the caulking approach does not solve the problem, I want them to take the steps necessary to permanently resolve the dripping problem.

The matter has not been resolved, if it had I would not have filed the complaint. The repair has not been corrected and still needs to be done. T&M Aluminum has failed to respond to my calls and voicemails in my attempt to amicably resolve this matter. I still expect them to complete the repair. Their employee (Wes) even said that the re caulking job would likely be necessary to stop the dripping because the original caulking was poorly installed by T&M Aluminum.

I have been contacted by Wes from T&M Aluminum to repair the problem. Unfortunately, in order to correct the problem properly, we need a period of several days of sunshine. The weather here in *** has been raining for the past 4 days. I spoke to Wes this afternoon (5/23/2018) and due to the rain projected to continue for the next several days, we agreed that he would call me this coming Tuesday (5/29/2018) and arrange a day next week to correct the issue pending acceptable weather.
My sole intent is to have the repair completed properly, and waiting another week is acceptable to me as long as the repair is completed and the existing problem corrected.

In September, this company gave me a quote on a job, took a deposit and didn't do anything. No permits filed, no work done on my FL home, nothing.
T&M came to my home. They gave me an estimate on a repair job for damage done during the hurricane in September. I agreed to let them do the work and they took a $1000.00 deposit and disappeared. They never filed for the permits, they never showed up to do any work, they don't even answer when I try to call them. Very unhappy and dn't know what to do.

Desired Outcome

I would love for them to come and finish the job on which they gave me the quote for and took a deposit for as well. Try to call every day. No success.

Lanai screen separating from the cage
This company performed a complete re-screening on my lanai around March or April 2017. The work is still under warrantee. There are numerous spots around the cage where the screen appears to be separating away from the spline and detaching. Bugs are coming into the lanai. I have emailed the company at least 3 times and have called and provided a receptionist with detail on the issue. I was told I would be called back and have not heard back as of this moment. No emails have been returned.

Desired Outcome

Honor the warrantee and fix the problematic installation. Additionally I would ask that the whole job be reviewed because since the screen is detaching form a few spots around the spa area cage I question the overall workmanship and would appreciate and early problems and detaching areas be addressed now compared to going through this all over again.
