The refund was issued on june 9th .the refund is not reversed .the same day it takes to business days to show on credit card or bank account

Revdex.com received the email statement below from the consumer on August 20th:I haven't got the money and he says he refund and its not in [redacted] *Please provide the date you submitted the refund and last digits of the credit card.Thank you

Our offices has refunded customers payment for the Asus laptop.we no longer sell computers of any style

Company said he refunded but has not I paid instant transfer from bank so reimbursement should be instant also if refund is not given I will be forced to file fraud and theft by taken chArges this seems to be the only choice they are leaving me

Thanks for following up on this issue. Here are my thoughts

customers money has been refunded.we are no longer selling electronic devices .our company was scammed from suppliers .so we have stopped all electronic sales ,thank you t and m team

Revdex.com spoke consumer file a dispute with his credit card company on August 24th which is when we received his Revdex.com complaint as such the matter is being address per our merchant service with his credit card company direct.
