I would like to close case *** for *** *** *** contacted our corporate office on December 11th and we had him return on December 12th just one day after his complaint was madeWe asked him to bring his vehicle and he did the same dayWe found no issues with the oil level but we

We are still waiting to hear from the dealership about what is damaged on the vehicle. We will take the situation step at a time and right now the extent of the damage has to be determined for us to figure out the next step. No decision about the cause can be made until the damage is
assessed
