[The business did not give any resolution besides getting a discount on the next service when the service which were provided this time was not worth the priceIf the business would like to offer a free style in the future I am willing to accept that but it is not fair that the only resolution offered is to come back and spend more money.]

I received your filed complaint on 7/22/from the Revdex.com regarding the service, braid, you received from our businessIndeed you had your hair braided on 7/11/On 7/12/you call and complaint about some of the braids falling downI asked you to come back to get it
repaired which we repaired and make much thinner to be able to have a solid grip on 7/13/We apologized for the incident then and still would like to extend our apologies againAt Djeneba Hair Braiding we strive to make sure that our services are of the highest quality and that each and every customer is satisfied with their braid style.We do not fix our service price based on hair size on the head and with give various discount to client before starling the serviceOnce the client agrees to the fee and had the service done there is no refund, this is our policy and it is hanged on the wall at the sight of our customersWe are sorry for any Inconvenient, we are striving to make sure that our clients are satisfiedWe appreciated your business and hope that you will continue to be it loyal customer of our service.Regards, Djeneba Hair Braiding
