I bought my shed from Skips back in and moved it to a new home in It was again moved to another part of my yard in In there as a number of issues with the home (board of health was involved) and we vacated within days
I called to have the shed moved to a new location and I found that they couldn't move it because there was an issue with the neighbor land line I spoke with the landlord of the home and they said they would work with me getting my shed
Within weeks after leaving, the landlord sold the Shed to Skipsthe neighbor "conveniently lifted the bonoundry issue" and Skips took my shed
A previous neighbor called me to tell me about the shed and I immediately contacted the police, who spoke with Scott/ Skips, who then agreed to hold my shed for resolution weeks later I found Skips sold my shed to an undiscolsed person
I went to court and won costs based on "Skips knew it was my shed and sold it anyway" the Judge stated: That Skips did no "due diligence" and not a "scintilla of good faith" in buying a shed they admited was the Plaintiffs and sold it "based on greed or some other motiving factor which is unclear for the record"....as a result subjected "Skips" to a civil and (agrubaly criminal) liability" Court order to pay damages
Skips performed an untehtical business practice and now refuses to pay me for the costs that the District Court demands
I will say they have a great product and the Judge even commented on how my shed looked "brand new" I just wanted my shed back and now that is impossible
