I bought a car August 16,2014 from [redacted]. They was to have my title by September 30,2014.It is November I have yet recieved my title. They told my mother after lying for the month of October that they lost the title.I paid them the money for the title September 26. They don^t have any drive tags to issue me til the title comes back. Please check for me to see if are rio off car lot. This is my first car and I pay my notes on time. I brought a truck for $2200 and a $200 down payment for my tages he told me that he would have my tages in a few days and now its been almost a month now hes talking to me like he was when he sold me the truck all my paper WORK is false I really dont know witch way to turn I feel like he has played me outta my money I would really like to have my money backDesired Settlementi would like my money back

Paid $3500 on a vehicle that was to be repaired and was not and they kept the vehicle and charged me.Entered into a contract with TMM Automotive on 3/15/2014 for the purchase of a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV, VIN 1GNDS13SXXXXXXXXX,Stock Number TM6226,Color White.Down payment in the amount of $3,000.00 with monthly payments in the amount of $150.00 for 10 months and 1 final payment of $139.72. My payments were current and I was having problems with the vehicle running hot. I spoke to the owner[redacted] and he said they could pick the truck up and repair it and add the repair amount to the end of my contract. I agreed and on July 9th when I went to pick the vehicle up it was not repaired as I was told and they would not discuss anything with me. I left the vehicle there and I have not spoken to anyone at the car lot. I am aware that there is no warranty but I just want the vehicle. I do not have $3500.00 to give away and I have nothing to show for it.Desired SettlementReturn of the [redacted] is my desire. I had spent money to replace the radiator, for a tune up and my tools were in the vehicle in question.
