Madden Kitchen and Bath Exceeded All Expectations We were looking to overhaul a simple 3pc main floor bath and separate an adjoining 3pc bath and laundry room in the basement on a tight time line at the start of Called a few recommended and previously used kitchen and bath specialists to get a feel for experience and prices Got a feeling that a lot of the work was either going to be subbed out for the quotes that came in really low, or I'd be overpaying for perceived reputation and experience In some cases, we didn't even receive a callback My better half stumbled upon Madden Kitchen and Bath one night After reading all the information on their website, we were impressed with the knowledge provided to the consumer Having a few renos already under our belts, we knew what products and installation methods we were looking to use and are worth paying a little more for the experience required to apply them properly (exEpoxy grout) Called up and arranged for them to come out and provide and estimate Was thoroughly impressed with the walk through and detailed estimate provided by Dirk, owner/operator of Madden Kitchen and Bath What sealed the deal was his recommendation to get a few quotes to see the price differences, and ask each for the products they use As we were not yet living at the project site, we also preferred having the owner perform the majority the labour versus having various subtrades in and out of the house throughout the project Work requiring specific experience, licenses and permits was performed by the required subtrades when beyond Dirk's experience (exlaundry room rewiring) With Dirk's suggestions, taking our wants and needs into consideration for a bathroom for growing kids, we went through the material selection process (lighting, flooring, tile, hardware, custom maple shaker vanity, etc) Projects started on time, were completed within the estimated time frame and were bang on to the estimates provided A justifiable deposit was required at start of each project to cover the materials, with final balance paid upon our satisfaction of the completed work Workmanship has definitely stood up to daily tests of a and year old splashing around their new bathroomWe get nothing but compliments on the new bathrooms and laundry room We've already recommended Madden Kitchen and Bath to a few others looking to redo their kitchen/bathroom and hope that those who consider their services are as happy we are with the final product Much thanks to Dirk @ Madden Kitchen and Bath

Dirk performed a complete ensuite and main bathroom renovation for our family in July of 2015 and we were extremely pleased with the entire process. Dirk's friendly demeanor made him very easy to work with and he provided lots of advice and suggestions throughout the project, which was very helpful as this was our first major renovation and we were somewhat overwhelmed with all of the decisions that had to be made.
