Review: Purchased a round trip package for Vegas, Never got a confirmation number, he wants to give me a post dated check.

On 10-10-2012 I went in to [redacted] to make a down payment for a round trip air,room, meals to Vegas, I paid in cash, $360.00, and paid the remainder on 10-18-2012 $381.00 in cash as well. Totaling $741.00. [redacted] said he would call me by the end of December to confirm my itenarary for this trip. I have called him a numerous of times, he responded with I will call you back. and never did. today 01-02-2013 I called his #[redacted] he answered and said to call his office and immediately hung up on me before I could say anything else to him.So ,I called the office number and spoke with a "volunteer" named [redacted] he said [redacted] would be able to give me a post dated check for a refund. I asked when I would get my money, he responded "When [redacted] gets his money from the person(in the mainland) purchasing his company.I am very upset, I have been really looking forward to this trip for months, and it became a BIG FAILURE due to the selfishness of this person.Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund, and compensation on not going on my trip I was really looking forwaRD TO.
