Ordered my bosses department gift on 12/3/(Order # [redacted] or # [redacted] depending on how you look it up), paid with [redacted] Scheduled delivery date of 12/13/for our office Christmas partyAs the date approached I realized it did not ship, I called Wednesday and spoke with Chelsea (Id# [redacted] ), who stated she upgraded it to overnight and it will arrive Thursday Nothing shippedI called Thursday morning and spoke to Tiffany Tiffany had no idea what was going on but stated she would call me back by pmShe never called I called Thursday evening and the first person said they could not help me and transferred me back into the call center queueThe next person who picked up my call was not able to help me but transferred me to an agent named Jimmy Jimmy said he thought item was out of stock, and issued a refund for me and sent a free item overnight shipping to arrive Friday for my work partyWell nothing has arrived on 12/18/I have no item, no refundI have ema

I ordered a fruit basket for my mother in law on Wed May 10th and received confirmation at 7:52 am. I paid $25 for 2 day shipping to get it to her on time for Mother’s Day. It had not arrived by Mon the 14th. I emeiled them that day and did not get a response back except the standard automatic reply. Tues the 15th I called and spoke with Michelle. She said she would refund the $25 shipping and look into the problem and call me back in a couple of hrs. Again I received no call back and still no response to my original email. The basket was finally delivered on Thurs the 17th. I still had not received the shipping refund. I again emailed and called on Tues May 22nd (giving a little extra time for the refund to go through). I received a disatisfactory response as it takes time for the refund to process. I spoke with Kat on May 22nd and she promised a full refund of the product and shipping $71.00. It is now May 29th and still no refund of any kind!

Purchased a party platter from Hickory Farms on 12-23- Gifted it to a family member only to find out that items within the box were missing We contacted the local store (South Mall, Allentown, PA) to see if we could exchange it This call was made on/about 5:12/ Adrianna told us to return the box and exchange it for another Since we were about minutes away from the location, we would not make it back before closing time We went on 12/to return the item and the store was closed and had moved out of the location I called and spoke with a Rosie from the corporate office on 12/ She gave me a call log ID number of [redacted] She said that the missing items would be overnighted and they would arrive the morning of 12/ The product never arrived and no one can tell me what the status of the order/shipment is

I placed an order on 12/with hickoryfarms.com for a Sausage Cheese gift pack and on 12/received their Sweet and Salty Nut and Fruit pack (nut allergies make this unacceptable and I was never informed that they switched the order - an order confirmation was received for the correct purchase)
I called their cs rep, after waiting minutes and having only a chance to say hello - the csr hung up on meI have contacted their e-mail customer rep twice (all e-mail threads have been saved), first on 12/asking for a *** return label to return the incorrect delivery and a credit to my account and again on 1/requesting a credit with a warning that I would report them to the Revdex.comBoth times I received responses that they were "so sorry and were working to credit my account as quickly as possible?" I am a long-time customer of Hickory Farms and when I went to place my order this year for Christmas gifts with the information that was sent to me from Hickory Farms they could not find me in their system So I called customer service and they could not find me either the representative was rude and not willing to help with my issues but I gave all my information and placed my order The representative did not want to give me a conformation number for my order, told me you're ok, after much arguing he gave one My orders were to be delivered before Christmas but I got a call from a person I did not know saying they received my package So called customer service and to no avail as they did not want to help me You cannot reach anybody at Hickory Farms other than customer service and they will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you any other phone numbers just the call centers I emailed customer service and finally someone called me and said they will get another order de
