I have had every phone company and the one that by far sticks out as the shadiest and grimiest of them all was T-mobileI went through all the hassle to file report the phones we returned and almost a year now i"m still paying The phones we returnedget away from them and their feesThey will charge you fees in a unbelievable way Totally greedy and scummy company STAY AWAYYYGo with *** or *** or even ***Anybody but T-Mobile.I spoke with customer service times in last months and no ResultI'm frustrated !!!!!! I'm going to late *** * news what's been going on

They have a hold system that does not send a caller to the correct department Every time! Every time you must wait on hold to be transferred to wait on hold
They use to have a call-back feature, which kept one from sitting on hold for minutes, waiting on the wrong department
In an effort to improve things??? they got rid of the call-back feature Now you must sit on hold, with loud hold music, to talk to the wrong person, who must transfer you to the correct person That means being on hold twice for ten minutes, plus There is an interruption every so often to tell you about T-Mobile features...like I want to hear that crap yelled in my ear while I am waiting on hold
If you are happy with someone else, do not become a T-Mobile customer

After having T-Mobile for only a year and a half, having previously been with *** for years , I am just about to take all of my phone lines of service away from T-Mobile due to months of continuous run around and untruths from their customer service department, and from Assurants, their warranty department, and their loyalty program department which have all done nothing but tell non truthsI bought an *** Plus from T-MobileActually I bought *** Plus and *** 5s when I switched to T-MobileWe were offered the warranty plan on our phones and I accepted it for all linesOne of the *** Plus phones shorted out after months, white scree , sometimes works sometimes just shuts offT mobile sent a refurbished *** Plus out and it took weeks to get to us"On back order" the refurbished phone didn't last longIt wouldn't hold a chargeSo we do the run around with t mobile again for yet another refurbished phoneThis took only days to arriveHad it a weekI swear I think it's the original phone, but could be wrongShorts out, white screen, sometimes works, then shuts itself downCall every supervisor they will put me through and all they want to do is have my buy a new phoneI don't want another refurbished phoneThey say they will send one, but it's on back order again so it's going to be at least until Tuesday We have been run around too longI simply want a new *** 6plusOr at least one that works perfectly and I don't want to be lied to or read to from a script by someone who can't help meEvery supervisor keeps offering me a discount to buy a new phone ($and the latest was $off an $phone which I paid for months ago)And one "supervisor" even offered me my account number to give to my prospective new wireless phone company!!! She did not care one bit!

If I have to buy a new *** I'm taking my business elsewhereBeware of T-Mobile and their deceptive warrantiesAnd most importantly beware of their poor customer serviceI have since learned that the best warranty plan for an apple product is *** care*** care is available At the *** Store or even the wireless phone companies, but the wireless company won't push it because they want to push their refurbished phone warranty plans that they runLesson learned

Did a "differed trade in" when I got some new model phones (S7s). One of the phones had water damage apparently so they still charged me monthly for that phone (S6). When I asked for the water damaged phone back--customer care on the phone and an in-store service representative told me the same thing. They can't send the phone back. Bottom line, I'm being charged for a phone I do not have and T mobile won't return it.

I went through all the hassle of switching back to sprint just to get away from them and their fees. They will charge you fees in a unbelievable way. Disconnect fees when your phones not even disconnected and then more fees when it is finally disconnected and thats for EACH line. Totally greedy and scummy company STAY AWAYYY. Go with AT&T or Verizon or even sprint. Anybody but T-Mobile.

I have been dealing with the same issue for several days. I have spoken with a numerous amount of representatives(loosely used) that have lied and/or cannot find, or will not read notes over and over again. I have been a customer with T-mobile for 10+ years and they get worse as every year passes. I was promised an overnight shipping on a new phone and 6 days later, the phone still has not been delivered. The fee was waived due to the screw up of the first representative (shipping) and they think that was all they can do for me. The fee should have been waived!!!! T-mobile needs to compensate me for inconveniencing me for almost 7 days. I will write reviews on them on ALL sites that allow me to do so.

Worst quality of calls and poor service by T mobile..
I will start off by saying I am very surprised that T mobile exists in this market.
Due to their poor service I decided to leave T Mobile.I told T mobile that I would like to switch and that their poor call service, connectivity is affecting our personal life and work life.So,I paid the final bill. I told them that they have to unhlock our phones and PLEASE DON;T DISCONNECT THE SERVICE.Firstly their agent was screaming and not explaining the charges.Next despite her assurance the phone service was disconnected despite me paying all their charges which I didn't even understand.[redacted] office closed at 11PM.It's 4.50AM and in this day and age [redacted] does not have 24hr customer service to help us switch to them. We--myself and [redacted] are both waiting for T mobile to give us the PIN to unlock the phones WHICH T MOBILE HAS NOT EMAILED EVEN DESPITE DISCONNECTING OUR PHONES. I am a physician who has no contact with hospitals and her patients due to T Mobile disconnecting her phones unprofessionally.I don;t have any email or PIN from T Mobile yet to switch.I need a lawyer who will help me to take T Mobile to court to help other consumers at this time.Please also note that last as [redacted] looked our phone numbers were available in market for anyone to pick.So we are possibly facing loosing our cell numbers which we have had ever since we owned our cell phones all our life.It affects our work,personal life immensely.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We were with them maybe for 6 months and I had gone through 3 phones. They insisted it was the phone and not their service. My calls constantly dropped within 5 minutes of speaking to someone. If I made a call, it would fail 3 times before it would connect and then drop within minutes. My phone would go into no service walking too far into a store and that is any store. My text messages most of the time wouldn't send at all and if it did it would take a few minutes. That was just service. My husband spent many hours on the phone because they could t get our billing straight. He took time out of working to make these calls and there for neglecting his work from his job. I will never refer this company y to anyone.
