never been to this store but I have had every phone company and the one that by far sticks out as the shadiest and grimiest of them all was T-mobileI went through all the hassle of switching back to sprint just to get away from them and their feesThey will charge you fees in a unbelievable wayDisconnect fees when your phones not even disconnected and then more fees when it is finally disconnected and thats for EACH lineTotally greedy and scummy company STAY AWAYYYGo with AT&T or Verizon or even sprintAnybody but T-Mobile
