We had originally sent out the first tech on 12/11/he adjusted toilets in both guest and master bathrooms, the flapper was changedNo mechanical failures with the toilet ** claimed with warranty on 12/28/that the job was not completeTherefore another tech was sent out on 1/5/There were no leaks, flushing issues or any type of running water issues in the toilet bowlThe tech had stay there mins watching the movement of the toilet water no issuesHome owner was told we could not replace the toilet due to no mechanical failures , because First American warranty company would deny it, and that if he want to peruse the issue he would have to connect the warranty companySincerely,

Review: This company is so unprofessional. They were assigned by [redacted] Warranty. I had two toilets that were not flushing/draining. The plumber came and adjusted the floats and said that's all he could do and that I needed new toilets. I contacted T&N and they said that they would have to send someone out AGAIN to check the problem?? The same plumber came out and told me the same thing and that I needed to contact the warranty company and they would replace them as there was no fix. I did so. I waited about a week waiting to hear from the plumber. No call. I called them and the girl who answered told me that their plumber never suggested that the toilets needed to be replaced and that they worked fine. Went back and forth with the warranty company and T&N...both telling me that I needed to contact the other. Finally I called again to the same girl at T&N, she put me on the phone with [redacted] who I guess is the owner or supervisor. He said that the plumber said there is nothing wrong with toilets. I told him they arent working still. He said what do you want me to do? I said just what the plumber said...replace them. He tells me I cant do that. We closed out the ticket and we have been paid. Thats it. end of conversation. So basically I was called a liar suggesting that the plumber advised the replacement and [redacted] saying that never happened.Desired Settlement: Replace the toilets.

No mechanical failures with the toilet. ** claimed with warranty on 12/28/15 that the job was not complete. Therefore another tech was sent out on 1/5/16. There were no leaks, flushing issues or any type of running water issues in the toilet bowl. The tech had stay there 45 mins watching the movement of the toilet water no issues.Home owner was told we could not replace the toilet due to no mechanical failures , because First American warranty company would deny it, and that if he want to peruse the issue he would have to connect the warranty company.Sincerely,T&N Rep

I am rejecting this response because: Their plumber adjusted the toilets to the point that they then filled up every 30 minutes or so. Because they were then out of adjustment. Plumber stayed both times for a total of about 10 minutes. They suggested that there was something replaced??? Nothing. Where is the invoice and my signature?? Complete and total lies. Had 2nd plumbing co. come out to tell me that the toilets were way out of adjustment. And that claim is still open. 2nd plumber said same as this company's plumber...toilets needed to be replaced. But this plumbing company is telling me their plumber never said they needed replacing. Again, out-right lies.

Review: This business sent out a service man because of problems with our smoke detectors. He claimed we just needed new batteries (although I had just put new batteries in). He replaced the batteries and was writing out the invoice when the alarms started going off again. We suggested he check the electrical wiring for the detectors but he insisted it was the batteries. I refused to pay him because he didn't fix anything. He left and then the owner called and I explained to him what happened. The owner sent the service guy out again and he replaced two of the five alarms and everything was fine. Exactly two weeks later, at an early morning hour, the alarms started going off again. My wife called T & N and spoke to the owner explaining the issue. The owner told my wife that we need to replace the batteries. My wife tried again explaining that his service man had just been out two weeks ago. He told my wife, and I quote: "It looks like you are not going to list to me so call your home warranty company" and he hung the phone up on my wife.Desired Settlement: I would like future potential customers to know how this company treats their customers. I would also like for American Home Shield and other home warranty company to STOP contracting with T & N Plumbing and Electrical on behalf of those of us who pay monthly insurance premiums for coverage of their home appliances. I have made a complaint to American Home Shield about this as well.

His wife called the office line at 7:32am. We explained her it's before 8am and someone will call her. She can change the batteries for the smoke detector. She also said No No and you don't understand English. The person asked her to call after 8am and then hung up. 30 seconds later the husband called and started abusing. Using words like [redacted], Your company is [redacted].. etc... We told him to contact the warranty. We Informed the warranty company and we refuse to service people like him. We service 25 calls a day and never get a customer like them.
