TNT CARPET TILE MARBLE, INC8209-BOLSA AVE MIDWAY CITY, CA TEL:(714) 894-FAX:(714) 894-7093October 13, 2015Revdex.com Viewridge Ave#San Diego, CA 92423-1688Dear [redacted] Re: ID [redacted] Thank you for letting us know about this complaint.Our company has been doing business since and we are always strive to bring Sastisfaction to our customers.Regarding to this complaint made by Mrs***, it is an untrue storyMrs [redacted] came to our showroom on 9/1/and asked for tiles from Mexico and she selected at least four sample choicesOn 9/2/she came back to our showroom with her husbandThis time they brought a piece of Chebi Rock from display rack, not among the tiles Mrs [redacted] selected yesterday, to our sales person and said they finalized on this oneThey never asked our sales person about the origin of this productAt the time of making the sales contract we even told them the tiles have to be special order and cannot be returned even boxThey signed and agreed to our terms of sales-On 9/8/15, while unloading about half of the pallet Mr./Mrs [redacted] changed their mind and wanted to cancel the order after their contractor told them that the tiles are inferior because they were made in ChinaThis is a very unrealistic assumptionWe told them this is what they picked and selected and we're here to fulfill our part of commitmentWe did not do anything wrong on our part hence the sales order cannot be canceled.Currently we are in the process of bringing the parties to county's Small Claims Court to settle the dispute,Sincerely, [redacted] STORE MANAGER
