T N T Classic- Tub and Tile Refinishing

I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] includes inaccurate details in his response He was informed I would be filing with the Revdex.com on Tuesday November 15, 2016, to which he responded via text message, so there was no surprise for him when he returned from his thanksgiving holiday I have documented communications (text and email) that clearly show his inaccuracies but at this point I do not want him to return to my home His unprofessional response throughout this circumstance has been surprising and disappointing

[redacted] contracted with TNT Classic Refinishing to refinish her porcelain bath tub and large tile surround. I refinished the tub and tile in bright white, removed and reinstalled the shower fixtures upon completion. I asked the home owner if she wanted to replace the old rusted soap dish... with a new porcelain dish. I told her I would install it at no charge which I did. I used liquid nails to install it which I have done a hundred times befor. I taped it to the wall and during the night it slipped down leaving a small gap. I retuned the next day buffed the tub, recaulked the soap dish and did a small touch up around the soap dish. The touch up was not perfect and she wanted me to return to fix it. This happen to be right befor the holliday, I told her I would be there monday morning, when I showed up monday at 9am nobody anwered the door. I left town for the holliday and when I returned there was a complaint filed with the BBB. I contacted the home owner on monday Dec 12, I went back and resprayed around the soap dish that I origianlly installed at no charge!! After I left on mon. the home owner was still upset that I did not refinish the complete soap dish to match the shower stall since the one that they bought was the wrong color. I told [redacted] that I would refinish the complete soap dish for free when they had me come back to refinish the other two shower stalls. But since then the customer has become disgrunteled over the whole soap dish issue, so obviously they are not having me return to do more work. So I will not do more free work and pay for more material. Its to bad that this job has ended up like this over a free soap dish installation.
