However, their response statement is completely incorrect...par for the course hereI missed one initial appointment when trying to obtain a bid from their company prior to the fence being installedThis was due to a work issueGlen, the TNT representative missed two appointments without calling and several promised dates for installationIn addition, the installed fence was not installed as promised and detailed in our verbal bid (as he failed to provide a written bid as asked for)The crew called me once while installing the fence, I responded promptly and met the crew at the job site to resolve the challenge they were havingThe last communication I received from [redacted] of TNT Fence was an e-mail dated 8/25/(I would be happy to provide you a copy of that e-mail) where he indicated he would be by to glue the caps on to the fenceMy response to his e-mail was simply: "At this point, do what you feel is right and what you can live withWhen I selected you and your company, I anticipated communication throughout the project process and customer satisfaction as the end resultThat was why I selected you and your "experienced" fence company." TNT Fence company AGAIN never showed to complete the work they committed to in their e-mailVery poor customer serviceVery poor follow throughThis company lacks integrity!!!

I did receive the lien waiver after you, the Revdex.com, contacted TNT Fence. Thank you! However, their response statement is completely incorrect...par for the course here. I missed one initial appointment when trying to obtain a bid from their company prior to the fence being installed. This was due to a work issue. Glen, the TNT representative missed two appointments without calling and several promised dates for installation. In addition, the installed fence was not installed as promised and detailed in our verbal bid (as he failed to provide a written bid as asked for).
