I was a property owner client for aargon property management from January to March In that year time frame, not one, not ONE, monthly statement was correct Every month I would have to make a call to find out about mistakes and where my missing money was??? Not only did I have to question the whereabouts of my funds, but I was treated less than professional in this quest Back talked, spoken to very rudely, yelled at, and one time for the same request, my husband was disrespected and thrown out of the office by the owner, as she thought our business wasn't worth her time, and seemed to feel unaccountable to her clients for the simple request of where our missing funds were I think every time this did happen, every month for years, it was straightened out But I ask you, the reader, if you were a property owner paying a property management company to handle your business and money, would't you like accountability, without drama, and added stress by that company??? And being treated like this, all the while I was a very hands on owner, and did half the work myself, and still got mistreated, disrespected, and never felt appreciated as a client This relationship was all wrong, and I stayed with them tooooo long So do yourself a serious favor, pick another management company who will be accountable to you and do the professional job you are hiring them for!!!

They seemed very professional and I had them do a repair of a leak around the chimney, they found the problem and assured me that all would be well. Very quick to want their payment and charge extra if it paid by credit card.
When there was still seepage on my ceiling I asked them to follow up and assure me that it was not still leaking before I could have ceiling repair done. No one came and 3 times I was promised that someone was coming , after waiting all day no show and no call,Phone calls and emails do nothing. That was in mid July and still no show total indifference.
Terrible way to run a business

I just want to share this horrible experience I had with this company: your Computer Friends in Wilmington.
I had previously used this company, month or 2 prior to this experience for a virus removal on an IPad and I also had one on my Lap Top but because it was a little more than I could afford to address at that time. I was informed that the cost for virus removal was $49.00 an hour and that you must let them know if you want to continue after an hour (and its printed on the receipt that you must notify the technician if you want to continue after an hour, I advised them to call me if it requires more than an hour.I decided to let them remove the virus off of my Ipad and I took my Lap Top back home..Well Friday 5/20 , I returned with the Lap top for virus removal and she asked if I wanted virus protection as well forlorn $40.00 . I agreed . This would bring the total to 89.00. I called back on Tuesday, 05/24 for status. I was told my lap top was with quality control and I would get a call back. Within the hal an hour I received a call and was advised that I had some issues to which notations were made and the cost was 188.00 and change. I was startled and inquired why so much over and above the charge I was given and why no call about over the hour etc. Explanation of the job lasting a hour and a half was provided to me and the cost of virus protection now 149.00 and because I was still unhappy and disputed that cost be given to me, 20.00 was offered off the bill which was 100.00 more than advised. Wen I refused that I was advised that I could pick up my lap top no later than the following day and that they would put the virus back on it and call me when it was ready. When I responded in shocked how can you do that? I was told we have ways! I went in the following afternoon (still no call) and when she saw me coming toward the door she grabbed my iPad met me at the door and stated here's your iPad the same way you brought it in with a virus on it..........WoW....This is a business....Go their at your own risk!
