I am rejecting this response because:The warranty sold to the buying party states that the Sellers are responsible for anything that happens to the truck prior to the day waiting period.

The issue of claiming we were under ANY warranty constraints is factually in error regardless of the source
documentation has been provided pursuant to the request of this third party mediator All vehicles in Wyoming are sold regardless of any or none pending Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Policy purchased
The family is mislead if they are acting on anything other than the T-N-T Sales AS-IS, Federal, and Bill Of Sale clearly signed by the purchaser(s) stating the law governing the transactionThe *** store gave the truck their inspection and the customer decided to purchaseThree minutes or thirty days; by state law the vehicle is sold Did I mention the customer took the diesel to a *** Certified ** Diesel Shop for a mechanical worthiness assessment before purchase; we merely processed a consignment transaction pursuant to the laws of Wyoming We are not responsible nor liable for their very obvious misfortune

I traded my running truck into TNT autos for a *** ***, he gave me for the truck and asked for that day on the ***, I didn't even make it miles down the road to my home before it died and wouldn't start back up, I called the shop and they sent someone to pick the *** up days later to fix a "wire" on the fuel pump, I get it back and it is covered in mud, I took it to buffalo and on the way there it died times I hardly made it into buffalo when it died and wouldn't start back up, wouldn't even turn over, called them again they said they had a new fuel pump for it if I came to pick it up, I did, replaced it and still wouldn't start or turn over, I checked all I could think of, finally after weeks they sent someone to pick it up and have it checked out to see what's going on, turns out I had a crack in the tank, he tried to replace it, didn't fit, so he put the old one back on and try to fix the tank, he said it would be done Wednesday then said it needed a hour

All activities regarding this sale were conducted within the laws of the State of Wyoming.  The public slander has we believe reached a potentially litigious level.  T-N-T Sales is not responsible in anyway for what was done to the truck in question.
