TNT is a rip-off Take your money and didn’t provide the services you pay for. Better off paying a little more to someone else and get the service you paid for.Big mistake going with them

I thought that I would give this “small family business” a shot and pay the $20 a month for once weekly pickup. I should have known when they missed the very first pickup there would be issues. I messaged Miranda and ask her what happened, long story short she confused me with another new customer that hadn’t paid. The next couple pick ups were great, then another missed one so I messaged again. This time they came by around 5 AM so obviously the trash wasn’t taken out when our original time was between 8-10am ( or close I would have to look back at messages for exact quoted times). I messaged again and was informed that the time would be earlier “because they were not stopping and eating breakfast anymore”. So they came the unscheduled day of Friday to pickup the trash but didn’t pickup the payment so I messaged again. Miranda apologized and I told her I would just mail it. We missed getting the trash out in time one week in November, our fault and the 21st found the index card requesting December’s payment on the ground beside the trash can. With Thanksgiving and preparation for Christmas I totally forgot to write the check, I received a message requesting payment on Tuesday with the trash to be picked up the next day. I apologized for missing it and left it taped to the lid as every time before, we have had service since August, and it was not picked up. I messaged Miranda and she all but called me a liar! I have mailed the check for them picking up my trash one week in December but terminated our service with TNT.

Review: for the last four weeks my trash has not been picked up I have called several times they tell me they will send someone out witch they did one time they have told me my account was still good and I asked to have a new bill resent to me. so the last two weeks go by no trash pick up have been calling left several messages with my new phone number but no response now on thursday trash pickup day still have my trash sitting out no one came I called actully got tara on the phone talked to her said she would see if anyone in area but also told me that my bill I asked for came back to them post office saying no such address and that she could not reach me on the phone so she canceled my service so I they were called again this morning and again talked about the post office sending the bill back. so as I am typing this they came to get trashDesired Settlement: three free weeks of trash pick up

Review: My mother was in a fatal car accident, however we sent TNT a check for continued service. Once our trash pick-up day came along, our regular service was Not carried out! I said I do understand that my mom is deceased but you received the payment for the next 3 months. The woman kept getting ruder and then I said I need to speak to your boss and yet again she was rude and said if I understood I'd be apologizing to her! Then the Owner got on the phone and said he didn't have time to waste on the phone and I chose to be their customer and if I don't like their service they can send my check back! I said since this is how a paying customer of over 10 years is treated that's Exactly want I want done!!

our customer passed away..she was very rude to office manager and myself...her check was sent back the same day..she didnt want to hear anything about,why we left message about the issue..we value all our customers,,very seldom

it occurs we can not fix issue,but it takes both sides to correct a problem...there was know explaining issue to daughter of our customer..
