T-n-T Tax Service

Was told to leave my W2 and receipts for 2018 now nobody
Can be reached 6 months later
I made my Tax preparation appointment in January. They gave me a appointment date of Wednesday March 27 at 2pm. I arrived at 1.30 and their was another client still in the office, and a client waiting in the car with her mother. I was told they were running behind and to leave my W2, receipt and other information and it would be done by April 15 by Ms. Glenda Tucker. I called a week before the April 15 deadline and was told it wasn't done and they would file a extension. I've called several times and a few times spoke with Ms. Glenda and she stated she was having eye surgery and would be back in the saddle in a few weeks. I've called and only spoke with her once since then. Several of my coworkers that use TNT Tax Services are in the same trouble. The six month extension is about to be over and nobody is answering the phone or returning voicemails. This is not my first time using this Tax Service for tax preparation, so im not aware of what is going on. I just need my taxes done or my information back before the deadline. Right now me and many other coworkers are left trying to figure out what to do. Very poor customer service.
