The business has responded Please see below: My name is [redacted] my id# [redacted] I took the shop over months ago it was t nails now I already change to [redacted] , so a customer name [redacted] came in sometimes in December with a gift certificate of t nails $at that time I told her that I will let her use it this time but she have to use all the amount on it other wise she can't use the balance next because it will be expired but she said she will come back use the rest of it in two weeks I said ok but she didn't come back until months later I told her she waits too long so she get very up sad about it, few days later I call her back told her that is fine that she can come back any time I will let her use the $of the old gift certificate, she was ok with it but she said she already report this issue to the business consumer and pose on the [redacted] too , please help me solve this problem, as a small business I'll never this happen again! Review: went for a pedicure with the balance on my gift certificate they refused to accept it, saying it was over 6 months old. However there is no expiration date on the gift certificate. There is a $30.00 balance.Desired Settlement: I would like the balance of my gift certificate refunded as I don't feel comfortable using this business again.
