HORRIBLE
Since many of the reveiws are bad, this business must not care about word of mouth. I just left there and I had a traumatizing experience. So when sis they start charging to take polish off when you are getting a set of nails done. I had to insist that the nail artist remove my old powder color to put on my new color and she said to me at the register it cost me to remove the color. I am writing the Las Vegas tourist commision and the Mayor about my experience.

Horrible experience avoid go anywhere else you can try another salon My nail had broke I needed it fixedThe job was so rushed I felt like I was on a bus being hurried outThe young girl who I am guessing owns the place who was doing my nails can't be older then 20, she was very unprofessional I had looked for one close to where I live since I live near the Gabriel Brothers mall for the future ladies spend the extra or minutes and drive to another place! This place is not worth it, the job was done poorlyI asked for a pedicure for my daughters, same bad experienceThe only good thing is it was empty on a Saturday which was good for me, now I know why nobody goes in thereThe equipment used was also not clean and very dirty and on top of that I ended up getting an infection on my finger needing antibiotics on my handWhen I went back to let them know the issue the young girl told me it wasn't their fault and there is nothing they could do even though the infection occurred within days of me getting my nail fixedLadies avoid at all costs!

Review: Horrific experience. I, a new customer walked in, was not spoken to, asked what I wanted, or anything else that should happen when someone walks into a salon//shop. I was looked at like I was trespassing. I looked around and waited for a while to see if anyone would speak or acknowledge me, no one did. I then walked over to the register, looked at pricing, and waited at the register a little while longer, and still no one acknowledged me. Now, at this point, I would have left but it was late and I needed my nails and toes redone for the next day. So, unfortunately, I stayed. Eventually a man asked me what I wanted and I told him a shellac mani and pedi with a white tip. He then ushers me to a female who had been sitting on a laptop directly in front of me the entire time to soak my nails. The hot bowl of acetone was pointless (you'll read why later). After sitting there for 10ish minutes, a lady told me to come get in the chair for a pedicure. Long story short, my feet were softer when I walked in than when I walked out. My white tip looked better when I walked in than when I walked out. The paint smeared, and was uneven. She basically should have take her time and used better products. The massage chair was very uncomfortable as well. Then she took me back to the manicure station and put my nails back in a hot bowl of acetone for another 10 minutes. After that, she filed the top of my nails until there were white lines and at that point I had to stop her. (My nails are naturally healthy and strong so to file them until they are white streaks seems as if she thought she was drilling acrylic nails off - mind you, I had shellac.) She then proceeded to put a clear substance on my finger nails that smelled just like glue and pasted it as if she was putting glue on the tips of my nails for acrylics. So, again, I stopped her and asked what she was putting on my nails. She showed me the bottle that said shellac on it so, optimistically, despite the so far, so horrible, experience I'd had, I believed that it was shellac. She then painted the white tip on and then went back and added more shellac to the base of my fingernails. I finish drying my nails, paid, and I left giving no tip and absolutely disgusted. Less than 12 hours later, I look at my nails to find air bubbles on all but 2 nails, on the white tip and off the white tip. At this point, I was furious. Horrible service, horrible experience, and now a horrible product. Now, I believe in giving second chances and giving someone an opportunity to correct their wrong. I had to be out of town, so I didn't have time to go back into the shop, but I did call them multiple times. The first time, the phone rang and no one ever answered, and the second, third, and forth time the phone rang busy. I waited a few hours and called back again. This time some one picked up the phone and did not say a word. It sounded like they picked up the phone and sat it on the TV and walked away. I'm busy Monday through Friday during their business hours and by this point, I honestly don't want them to fix it. I really just want my money back, but it'll be a week before I can get back to their shop during business hours. So, it's pretty much a lose for me. But in any case, yes they may have low prices and may be conveniently located - but that's it. They have horrible service and the quality is even worse than the service. Stay clear of this place! I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com along with the State Corporation Commission as soon as I find 2 minutes of free time during business hours. If I could give them negative stars, I would.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund totally in $50 for services.

Regards,

Review: Went into T Nails on 12-14-13 to get a full set of pink and white gel nails, along with two of my girl friends, at $50 a set not including a tip. A week and two days later, our nails were already on the verge of falling off. One of my girl friends actually had TWO nails fall off completely; which, she glued back on herself! I called the business to inform them, as I was upset to pay $50 and recieve such poor qualtiy of nails. The woman was willing to have me come in so she could "fix" them; however, between work and the holdiays my schedule did not allow. I tried to explain this to her but she told me there was NOTHING else she could do for me; which I did not want them touching my nails again anyways.I have had my nails done at MANY other places and have never had this issue before. For this business to be able to charge $50 for "gel" nails which are supposed to be "higher quality" is a scam. I also do recall while in there and getting my nails done, another customer walked in complaining about the same issue. This goes to show they are using VERY poor quality of products but still charging customers for high quality. COMPLETELY WRONG OF THEM and they need to be aware of it!Desired Settlement: I belive that this business needs to be sited for their poor quality of products. They are a complete scam and BEYOND misleading for both their prices and products. When three customers are having the SAME issue, it is not the customer, it is the product failing.

My eyelashes was sore because she did'nt fix and it was hanging off.I want my money back.Because I had to go some where else to fix my lash.I payed her $20.And a $5. tip. I have going to her for 4 years.I would like all my money back and I will not go back there again. Thanks for your help.Desired Settlement: All my money return to me. $20. plus my tip $5.
